Your formula will be of the form
=VLOOKUP(...)
Wrap this within an IF statement, like this:
=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(...),"",VLOOKUP(...)))
This will show nothing if there is no data available. You could replace ""
by your own error message such as "data not available" if you prefer.
