I started to construct a full answer and then realised that the
data>autofilter function in excel does exactly what you want.
Click somewher in your list.
In the data menu, select filter and then autofilter.
you should find that some dropdown arrows now are shown on your title
row (to, from, distance)
Click on the arrow next to 'to'. See the list of values.
Select any one. The displayed list changes to match the chosen value.
Do the same on destination (select a value, note the dropdown for
destination will shrink/grow based on other fitlers in place) and you
will have your answer.
