I'm not sure I understand exactly what you are looking for.

Are you saying, you have sheets: Sheet1, Sheet2, Sheet3, SummarySheet.

On Summary sheet, you want:

      A                    B
1    Sheet1!A2      Sheet1!A4
2    Sheet2!A2      Sheet2!A4
3    Sheet3!A2      Sheet3!A4
