I did a search on the subject and found no real answer. The problem I have is
that we have an Excel table with a record of documents on our server. To try
to make the documents identical to all users we decieded to PDF all the
documents and save them to a netowrk share. We then have hyperlinked to the
When you click on the Hyperlink, it appears that a window opens and closes
very quickly but nothing else, if I go to the folder and click on the PDF
file it opens. If I get an email with a link to the document it works. It
appears only not to work from Excel?
Does anyone have a fix?
Running Office2003 and the network share is on a Window2003 SBS Server
