I remember seeing this someplace.

But, now that I need the example, I cannot find it.

I have a spreadsheet that has two groups of data mixed together in

alphabetic order which is good becasue I will process each line in alpabetic

order.

But I want to be sure to be aware of a certain special status, designated by

an "M" in column "I".

I iunderstand there is a way to use the IF logic to apply formating to a row

based upon a columns value.

Does anyone have an example that a simple spreadsheet user could follow?
