Dear fellow IT workers,
If anyone experiencing the same problem as I have and has its solutions,
sharing the knowledge, would be great appreciated. The problem as follows:
When I access our-company OWA site and compose New Message, there is an
error at the bottom-left of IE, "Error on page". In addition, I also cannot
read the message using the preview-pane (at the right side) except by opening
to a window. Either I cannot use 'Log-Off' button. This behaviour occurs
if I access from the internet. But when I'm using Firefox, the 'New Message'
button works well.
But everything goes well when I access the OWA within company's network (LAN).
I can compose new-message using the button, read from preview-pane and
logoff by clicking the icon.
I've been trying to locate the problem starting the browser issues (pop-up)
to Exchange and firewall, but no result. FYI: I'm using Windows 2003 server
(no-SP), Exchange 2003 SP1 (without FE), and ISA 2004 SP2. Patches for those
servers are applied. I use no form-authentication and HTTPS.
The weird thing is, previously I use ISA 2000, and OWA was run-well
(accessed from internet and our LAN).
What should I do?
Thank you very much.
Kalvin
