Hi,
I noticed that when i try wireless active sync on my home network with
Exchange i have to put the full server address: "computername.domain
name" But when im trying to access exchange over the internet i have
to change the setting to "domain name" and leave out the computer name
and then it works. I know this has to do with DNS but can someone
guide me as to what to do in the DNS management. I want both option to
use my domain name only. Also i have a domain name with godaddy and
created an mx record there pointing to my external ip address. The
same thing happens over the web when i have to type
https://domainname/exchange ot access OWA. At home i have to type
https://computername.domainname/exchange
