Hello
Some setup information first, we have 1 AD with 3 OU's for 3 physical
locations each with it's own DC and exchange server(2003). Each location
also has their own internet connection and smart host for sending smtp mail
(spam filter and virus filter) and all are connected to each other via VPN
tunnels.
We would like each site to send out mail through their own SMTP connector,
there are 3 created, one on each server but all 3 servers are using 1
connector. When that site goes down for what ever reason, the other sites
can not send mail out.
I should add also that they are in the same Admin Group and routing group
right now. Can this be done in this setup or would I need to make a major
change to our structure/setup?
