I have set up a forwarding address for one of our users to send all of his
mail concurrently to his Exchange mailbox and an external mailbox with a
valid and working email address. However, Exchange does not send the mail as
it is received, but rather saves up a random number, and then sends them in a
batch all at one time at irregular intervals, resulting in a delay in receipt
at the external address of up to several houirs. Is there a policy or
setting that can be causing this on Exchange? If not, how do I fix the
porblem? BTW, forwarders for other users on our SBS server do not exhibit
this behavior, although all of the account settings appear to be the same.
