I've been using IIS (installed as part of XP pro) for a short while.
My web server is still active and I can access it from my static IP address
that I've assigned manually. However, I no longer appear to be capable of
accessing the web pages using either 127.0.0.1 or localhost as an address.
I have a local firewall (Zone Alarm) but I don't believe this is blocking
any communication and I can see web pages externally on my network, they're
just blocked when I try localhost.
