Subject: | Norton 2006 Finds Trojan Horse in MS Fax Console on initialization |

Each time I start MS Fax Console, Norton's Anti Virus repsonds that it has
detected and blocked a virus intrusion. The virus reported is the Trojan
Horse NetSpy.
I run a full system scan 3-times per week, my Norton's updates are current
and automatic, scans do not report a problem, and I keep Windows current
automatically.
The product version used is: Microsoft Fax Console - Version 5.1 (Build
2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519: Service Pack 2).
I use Norton's Antivirus: Version 12.2.0.13 my last Live Update was Tuesday
9/26/06.
Is this an anomaly common in either of the programs? Is there a patch or
update that will solve this; or is there truly a well hidden trojan horse
embedded in Fax Console?
Thanks, Steven
