We have implemented the use of smart card at work for anyone with
administrative duties. The problem is that after a while, the certificate
will mysteriously disappear from the smart card. No error message, no
warning of any kind is displayed.
Has anyone ever experienced this? Any suggestions for troubleshooting this
odd behavior?
