I am creating a Web Page using Notepad.
In the web page I have links to sounds.
When the IE web page opens (or when you click on a link) instead of playing
the sound, I get a Windows Internet Explorer Information Bar asking me if I
want to temporarily allow the Pop-up messages. What can I do, so that when
