I'm somewhat confused.
Using NetMeeting as an example
If I have NetMeeting disabled in "Services" is there any reason I also
need to disable it under "Group Policy".
In other words which takes precedence?
Does the above apply generically (e.g. Terminal Services or any other
service) or is there a list somewhere which shows the order of precedence?
