MSE seems to start the Resident Shield too late so that 'MS Security Center'
always pops up a warning: Your computer is at risk, MSE has not started" or
words to that effect. This on at least 3 clean computers.
Has anyone else noticed this?
It takes a few seconds for the Resident shield to start, the tray icon then
green, the message disappears and all is well, but this is not good enough.
The system has already been connected to the Internet by then.
I would have thought that the resident shield should kick in earlier in
the boot process, but it seems not!
Is that the way it is supposed to work?!?
