I am having trouble installing a brand new SQL2005 Cluster.

Servers: DL585's, AMD x64, Windows 2003 Enterprise X64 with SP2
SQL: SQL 2005 Enterprise x64 (attempting to install anyways)
Disks on each machine:
C: OS
D: Stuff
Shared Disks: (via EMC ICSCI)
M: (MSDTC Shared Disk)
Q: Cluster Quorum
X: SQL2005 Instance shared disk (for tempdb, master, etc..)

So, I have MSCS setup with only one active node.

CLUSTER GROUP

Cluster IP, Network Name (Keberos and DNS Regsitration) and Quorum
Disk

MSDTC GROUP

  MSDTC IP
MSDTC Network Name (Keberos and DNS Registration)
  MSDTC Log disk (M:)
  MSDTC Service

STGDBVS1  (Staging Database VS1)

Shared Drive (X:) where the tempdb, master, msdb,etc... databases are
kept)

So, I run through the install.

1. I select Database Engine and Failover cluster
2. It takes me through the GUI in setting up (adding IP, chosing
resource group, etc..)
3. Near the end, it tries to start the SQLBrowser, which fails to
start

If I look in the Cluster Admin, I see the SQL IP and SQL Name but no
SQL Server Database Resource (or Agent) and none of them are started.

Can someone help?  Seems like a "catch-22" as I don't even want to use
the SQL Browser (we will connect by name and port number).
