I'm using the COLUMNS_UPDATED() function to trigger some actions if
some columns are updated.
But the problem is, that this function returns column even if it's
value is unchanged.
"UPDATE tbl set column1=column1" - this will trigger the action, but I
don't want to, because the value is the same - in fact, it's not
updated if you look in grammar way.
What is the best way to check if column is updated and value is also
COLUMNS_UPDATED() should be triggered only if value of the column is
also changed because if it's the same, it doesn't have any sense.
Or at least it should have parameter, to trigger if changed or not :)
