We recently upgraded our DC's to Win2k3 from NT 4. One of the peculiar side
affects has been that Domain Admins can reset user passwords but members of
the technicians groups get an access denied message. I have assigned full
control over user objects in the DomainUsersOU and still my technicians
receive an access denied message.
