I have found that when the Windows 2003 member server login to the AD
which is point to the wrong DNS server. It make about 30 second to login
with the AD. After I remove the WINS server. It can't login to AD.
Does AD also can logon by only giving WINS server only? If yes, why it
make very long time to perform the logon process?
May I know more about how Windows 2003 member server login to AD's
algorithm? Can I have some URL for reference?
Thanks a lot!
