|Subject:||Printer Publishing Broken!|

I hope someone can help?
I look after a network of approx. 250 PC's and around 30 printers.
Everything has been working fine for years.
I recently tried to browse for a Printer in AD using the Add Printer Wizard,
but NO printers are displayed.
I have tried the Group Policy Pruning trick, restarting the Spool Server,
running DCDiag tests, rebooting the spool server, etc., all with no success.
If i share a printer from another Server, this does NOT appear either.
If I use "Active Directory Query Utility" (www.installsolutions.net), I also
cannot query printers, so the problem appears to be AD based, but I'm not
sure how to fix it?
Any suggestions would be gratefully received!
Thanks in advance,
