|Subject:||Slow logins, firewall to blame|

I am experiencing slow logins to our 2003 domain.
All server settings and GPOs are correct, just trust me on this, but logins
seem to freeze at "Applying settings....."
At the time of logins, our firewall (between the PC and DC)shows blocked
traffic for TCP service "LSA(1026) source port 2623"
Is LSA the Local Security Authority? I am assuming the port is a random one.
I just want verification before I allow this traffic through.
Thank you in advance for any replies.
