When I dump a CSVDE file I often get fileds that look like this:

X'44c3b66c6c652c20426173'
X'44c3b66c6c65'

In user data it is related to names using non-ascii characters so I suspect
it might be some encoded Unicode. Is there a way to decode it?

In group data they are a lot longer and sometimes related to non-ascii
characters but sometimes I don't see why they should be there. Is it some
kind of pointer or placeholder?
