This is my problem:

I am running Windows Server 2003 Standard Ed. 1-4 CPU version. All updates
have been installed.

I have 1 NIC installed (Intel Pro/1000 MT) Server Adapter. This connection
serves my 50 computer network and seems to work fine.

I have an onboard NIC (nVidia nForce Network adapter) which is automatically
configured to access my internet provider.

When both cards are active, the internet card can not get out. It appears
that all signals are being intercepted internally.

** When I disable the Intel network adapter, the internet works immediately.
**

I was told that this could be a DNS issue and after working through some of
the suggestions (I was also pointed toward setting up a NAT connection,
again this did not work probably because the internet connection would not
work with both cards enabled), I did not get a resolution.

As long as the Intel adapter was enabled, I could not get an internet
connection. At one point I even removed the DNS role from the server to see
if that would make a difference and verify that the problem was DNS related,
but the internet connection would still not work until the Intel card was
disabled. I have also tried replacing both connections with different NIC
cards (a DLink, a LinkSys and a Belkin) all with the same result.

Anyone got any suggestions or has run into this problem before? In case it
matters, the CPU is a AMD 4200+ dual core processor and the Motherboard is a
ASUS A8N-E (bios is up to date).

I would really like to get both connections working so that I did not have
to disable the Lan to access the internet.

Thanks, any responses are truely appreciated!

BELOW are some results from IPCONFIG/PING/TRACERT that I ran - perhaps this
will help someone make a suggestion.

** IP configuration when both Adapters are Enabled - I can connect clients
to the server, but when I attempt to access the internet, I get a "The page
cannot be displayed" error. **
