we want to grant our helpdesk staff the right to purge documents hanging in
a printqueue to make basic troubleshooting.
we donÂ´t want to give them the right to log on to our printcluster (local
we donÂ´t want to give them the right to change anything on the printer
i know i could select each printer and add a group to the security tab - but
i donÂ´t want to do this for 800 queues worldwide...
is it possible to set this somewhere in the registry/policy or with a tricky
configured group etc?
