Our users runs applications from a Win2003 server via RDP.
If my Domain account has server admin rights and I want to help a particular
user to set up his/her default printer, what can I do without knowing his/her
logon password.
Just wonder maybe I could achieve by, say
a) change some file settings, or
b) change some registries, or
c) call some scripts/windows API
Can someone tell me here? many thanks.
