strange print problem

Hi,

We have a win2000 file and print server.

A user send print to a specific printer has pages overlapped. ie page 1 &
page 2 printed on same sheet, page 3 & page 4 printed on same other sheet,
and so on.

When user try to send print to other printer and there is no problem.
Other users send to the same problematic printer w/o problem.
Restart windows doesn't help
Using LPR direct print (bypass print server) to the printer same problem
logon different profile and send print , same problem
delete printer and recreate, even remove printer driver (HP 4 Plus) and
install again, same problem

what's next ?
