We are trying to delegate the creation of print queues to the Workstation
Support staff/Helpdesk Staff.
Here are our criteria:
1. We don't want them to be able to log into the server. (Remote
application?)
2. We only want them to create new print queues
3. They can not install new drivers.
Is there a tool out there that allows that granularity or do we need to
create a custom website with a script to do that?
Can you delegate that through AD?
