i recently renamed a account in AD for a client from my company, he logged on
using the new logon name. everything seemed to be working just fine.
today he called and said certain programs weren't working, they apparently
need admin rights on the pc that they are logged on for these programs to
work.
When I rename an account in ADUC, does the SID change? If not, the account
that was renamed should stil have admin rights on the pc, right?
