I am running Server 2003 R2 SP2.

I have a shared folder that all domain users have access too.  In the shared
folder tehre are, obviously, subfolders and files and each subfolder has
subfolders and files.  We have a problem with users moving the main folder to
other folders by accident.  Is there a way to set permissions to stop this?
How about the subfolders?  Basically I want the users to be able to add files
and folders and work on the files and folders, but I dont want the folders
moved.
