I've allways thought that it is good practise not to include any CDP and AIA
in the root certificate. Therefore you leave them empty in the capolicy.inf.
Today I've renewed the root CA certificate with a new key pair. When I
looked at the new certificate I saw that my CDP is included. Why is this?!
